hiya guys im finally up to rebuilding the diff ....opened it up there where teeth in the bottom shims sheared and bearings are toast so ive cut them all off and ordered new ones just wondering tho how do you measure the pinion height do you need the special height gauge in the manual ?
Yea theres only one video on setting the the pinion height for a series diff by a guy called half job goerge the rest are for disco or defender diffs this is my first project car so im a real newbie to all this i just need a datum for where i need to measure from to the pinion and then the ckearnace i need
