Evening chaps,

Took ownership of my TD4 the other day, already fallen in love with it! Nice to see other Freebie enthusiasts too :)

I'm 17 in two months and the TD4 will be my first road car, after having had two driveway toys, a field car and a BMW drifter.

Few pictures:

Really need to look for some mods to make it stand out from the other facelifts near me, that and the fact that at the minute it looks like my Mum's car.... Any suggestions on what I should work on?

Cheers chaps :)
Nice , but you will need a raise in your pocket money :D

What kind of? Good, rare or bling bling ?

Most of it can be found on e-bay, you got a 3 door so, the first thing to buy are roof rails if you thing about racks.

I wonder that you are prepared for this... this could be a shock :bolt:

Just functional stuff, doesn't have to look too pretty as long as it serves a purpose! ;)

Welcome on board Alex.

Brilliant answer there, mate - you'll survive OK on here. ;)

Lots of ****-taking - but real help when you need it.

SV.

Haha thanks bud, been on plenty of forums where the banter has been insane so I'm fully prepared. Nothing wrong with a good **** take!

E-bay, or stores like devon4x4,flatdog ect. Everything is depend on your budget. 4example i use Hella luminators - those are very reliable. Aluminum housing (powder coated), HeavyDuty glass lens... long range light. Not any damages about 4yrs... also i can re-paint it if needed...

But they cost 150 GBP each... so you need to think what do you need and plan your budget ;)

But first of all, before you spent all cash on gadgets... check all the mechanics / drive train. If old and worn VCU kill your IRD and/or diff it will be cost a lot...

P.S
Mine hairdresser wagon is here :D:

A good internal mod was to change the cd player to a double dinn LCD unit with sat nav, tv, mp3, iPod connectivity and rear view cameras and head rest screens........that would keep yer mates happy and not that expensive.
If you use the search function there's a long thread on it.

Congrats and welcome, Everything is nice about it. There's is nothing i would change except add a set of roof rails
