Hi, new to forum. I'm a Brit living in western Canada looking to resurrect ex UK military RHD 110. Used parts are quite scarce here so I'm looking to see if there are any parts commonality between other land rovers. Does anyone know if Disco 1 (1995) steering box is interchangeable 110 (1987) ?

The other thing is, there are many questions about your inquiry and if you did a search you will find it. Assuming that you have a 200tdi, here is a thread of interest

There are three bolts on the steering box on the 200tdi as opposed to 4 on the 300tdi. I have both but have not started work on either steering boxes as yet.

Hope the winter in AB did not give you frost bite, I was in Ottawa until 2 years ago and went to AB a few times.

Thanks for the info , will have to do some more research as vehicle concerned is 1987 110 with na 2.5 diesel.

Winter here wasn't too bad this year not many really cold days... night shift frosty at times though.
