My old lamp post has been sand blasted, primed & had its first coat of enamel paint. Pics to follow.
its missing 2 doors on the lower part. Tis somit I'll need to make as id guess they will be eggspensive.

Fixed me drill. It would randomly go frew a phase of doing nowt. Lights illuminated when pressing the trigger but no spin. Web ses to solder the wire joints and switch. Other peeps resolved the same fsult on thiers. Same make model. Din't wuk but got a bit betterer so eye tightened up the crimps on the motor wires. Still problems. Next cleaned the crimps and motor pins wiv pcb cleaner. That sorted it.

Had some rain over night. Each saucer has collected nearly a mug full.

Volvo takes ages to start recently, no faults and I put new glow plugs in so thinking fuel
Bathroom still not right, loose trim on window cill

Sat here on dockside, bin told ferry will be 1 and a half hours late leaving due to HMS Prince of Wales leaving. It went 8minutes ago.
Mind there are also 2 cruise ships in. SAGALOUTs all loading up.

The advantage of having a single burner and a kettle with supplies for a cuppa. Never leave home without them on a long trip.
