Yessdi tried very hard to get my noo windows 11 pooter to allow me to open my Mozilla Thunderbird account on it.
I have checked the password is correct by opening it up un another lappy.
I have also checked the input and output server settings, port numbers etc, they are identical to one of the two ways Mozilla has for me to open it.
It does appear to be a real problem according to tinternet, but as usual suggested solutions seem very difficult for me to do and there are variations on the theme.
I can see me having to pay a pro to do it, unless someone on here who can put it all in language I can understand can show me the way.
Still steaming about this.
I managed to open it on my other lappy and even my noo phone, in seconds.
Flipping tech!

They is 'eathens norf of the wall, don't know what Easter is. (Choc eggs excepted).

No holiday for me today, we had to move some stuff about with machines & some boats into the sheds to get work done.
Has turned cold n windy tho.
