One of the things was a bloke showing how an Irish coffee was made.
Which of course I made regularly in my time in hotels.
Have to admit the guy got it dead right, especially as regards the necessity of the sugar.
But he did gently whisk the cream which I never did. Not necessary.
No real need for the back-of-the-spoon stuff either. And if you did insist on it, and did it properly, you used the normal side of the spoon to float it.
If you did it properly you could just chuck the cream in and it would float to the top!!!

Still make them from time to time. Not everything from the 70s was bad!! 🤣 🤣 🤣
