I thort whiplash which has been classified as a "soft tissue injury" has now been knocked off the list of compo claims, or at least at a much reduced rate.
Ex and I both got it once from a rear end collision. About 1991.
We got precisely £300 and had to declare it was full and final settlement. It took a while for the full effects to be felt, then I found out what Chiropractors cost. Still, a lot better now.
Not the first time I've had it and the effects I'm used to.

There is 1800 squids in a pot for whiplash these days, I got told this from an insurance peep.

So you got rear ended & it was a total accident, aye right 🤣

Little squirrel climbed me fence that rattles smornin. Sat on the apex of me garage roof. Eye hears this and drops nuts out me bedroom window. He stayed and watched. Moved further down when eye closed said window. Normally he be oft like a rocket when the window opens.
The word is getting around about the poisoned nuts you are feeding them. They saw the corpse of their mate. They are onto you now. ;)
 
Rain has stopped (for now) much colder too. Pulled the front diff out & it looks good now to clean all the faces up
on the front hubs ect & put the front end back together. Just wondering if I should just fit new front discs whilst its stripped
I think ive only got spare rear ones in my stash.

Not really sure what else on the cards today. :):)
