Good morning, time to change bearing and knuckle.

Hope everyone is ok. Other car is getting water pump fixed and have been buzzing about in a wee fiat 500.

All good until I was rear ended (I'm fine just stiff). It's been a shizz four weeks or so.

Hope everyone is ok.
Sorry to hear of the trials & tribulations. :(
Where there's blame, there's a claim. I think the whiplash will cause untold aches & pains and is probably good for c. £12k.

Might be the capacitor ...
Been there, twas the belt. A straight "snap". Ordered and he will replace it tomorrow.
He now says that "gone Bang!" was just a figure of speech on his part and basically it just made a funny noise and ground to a halt. So we are all good. It has lasted 10 Yrs, so he has had his moneys-worth anyway and a £12 belt is much better than a £200+ dryer. :D

Sun is over the yardarm here, so 'cheers all' ...

Got up to some tomfoolery with the "Hase Kettwiesel" trike and it is now a working e-bike.
Just in time for Summer Fun. :)
Set up properly for 20" wheels 6 power-levels, and max-assist up to 32kph (20MPH).
As I am now ossified classified as "old & frail" I might start wearing a skid-lid. Not because trikes are easy to fall from, but because motorists are so aggressive/blind. If I had a pound for everytime I have heard "sorry Mate, didn't see you"....Grrrrr.

yeah, google the make and model of the dryer and search for replacing the cap vids, we did ours last year ... well, we did it twice cos I put it in back to front first time ...:p
Our one has a funny fault. We can put a load in it and turn it on, it then makes the sort of normal noise it should make before it srtarts then it simply doesn't but, sometimes, if I turn the drum round a bit it will start and go fine.
Sometimes we have to take a bit of stuff out although tbh it doesn't seem to be overloaded.

Soz about all that.:(
You seemed to be getting on so well before, noo job and all that.

I just want a lucky streak ATM that's all
I thort whiplash which has been classified as a "soft tissue injury" has now been knocked off the list of compo claims, or at least at a much reduced rate.
Ex and I both got it once from a rear end collision. About 1991.
We got precisely £300 and had to declare it was full and final settlement. It took a while for the full effects to be felt, then I found out what Chiropractors cost. Still, a lot better now.
