After a zillion years of tatty paintwork and bits of different colours showing through, I've bitten the bullet and she is going to get a new, professional paint job!!
She will retain the yellow roof and bonnet, and have a new, smart yellow stripe around her middle.
The rest will be a dark marine blue, which a friend in the Grey Funnel Line had left over!
The dents and bumps will remain, as each one has a story behind it, and apart from anythine else, an '89 Fender isn't an '89 Fender if she hasn't gotdents and dunches to show that she has had a good life!
Hopefully, I will get her back sometime this week, and will post piccies when I do, so watch this space!
