I have tried searching but can't find the answer

My n/s indicator is not working on the stalk or the hazard switch I have checked the earths and they look ok I have tried to check voltages with a meter but I'm not quite sure how it works

How should I be testing the circuits?

I'm suspecting the hazard switch, what do you think?

Oh and when I put the n/s indicator on the relay makes a strange buzzing noise but not when putting the o/s on or the hazards

Remove the relay and give it a sharp tap then replace it

Fitted a new relay and now it flashes fast on n/s and not buzzing but it ticks all the time?

Finally sorted it, turned out it was the front and the rear bulb holders and the relay I fitted was faulty, cleaned the bulb holders and put old relay in and it's all ok now
