    @adyw , you may like to buy an A frame ball joint that has a built in grease nipple. Again, Gwyn Lewis has them readily available.

    Thinks you have to move the engine forward due to the bell housing length. Otherwise you have a very small prop shaft that eats UJs for measurements get the gearbox dimensions(where it bolts to the chassis) & work forward. This will show you...

    As @lynall , or you'll need to buy a wide angle HD UJ prop. You might like to call and discuss HD props with Gwyn Lewis. He has these readily available on his website.

    nope, just make sure you get a lemforder one....change the bushes in the arms, its a PIA of a job but sorted with normal tools, bloody knckles and a bit of swearing, see my project build thread for how i did it...

    They look standard to me. Iirc 200tdi seals on a taper and later 300 ones use an o ring. So where the male/male union screws into the rad it might benefit from some thread sealant. Note td and 200tdi seem to use exact same set up, apart from all...
