Morning Tricky, I can feel now everyone's toes curling as I announce that I didn't, I needed to be up and out so lifted the car on it highest setting and done everything at arms length and really quick. Not right I know and not on list of...
Hi all, I've pumped up the suspension crawled under and reattached it to a lug on a heat shield as a temporary measure until I find someone with RR experience in Lincs. Snooping about today I've found a couple of more issues, water ingress behind...
Whatever it is, it needs tying back up. If you get under the car use a couple of axle stands as back up and leave a door open. Especially if you put it in raised height to crawl under. The air suspension can do funny things 😄
Connector looks similar to the P38 ABS sensor connectors, but as yours is a L322 then as Kieth says, see where it goes.
Or simply tie the cable up somewhere safe. There probably an empty clip under there like this:
Strange that there should be so much slack in the cable for it to hang down that far. It maybe a case of get under there and see where it goes to/from.
Hi
I'm reaching out to see if anyone has a clue what this cable is? I've only just noticed this and now the Rangey is living out in the sticks this isn't going to remain connected for very long. Its dead central and under what would be level...
Hi everybody,
I am enquiring to see if anybody knows of a good independent RR mechanic in the Lincs area? I have an 02 V8 petrol and would like to get a full service - oils and filters etc and have been quoted @ £580 by a dealer in Lincoln and I...
Hi all,
I've just received two replacement wing mirror glass units for my 02' Vogue. Showing my lack of knowledge i now know that my car has an auto dim function thanks to reading a couple of threads posted here.
My question is can i use these...
Hi and a huge thanks for the information, I'll definitely look into sourcing something along the lines of what you've listed. I'm not sure if the dashboard screen or strip display under the dials gave a huge amount of information as I've just...

Thanks for the warm welcome, is there a resource on the forum for indie Landy specialists? I will take a look to see but would that be something i could ask of the group?
Welcome to the pleasure dome, I find every days is a school day when you drive a Land Rover. Enjoy your newly acquired L323 they are a dream when they work but can be a nightmare at times, that said easily the best car I’ve ever driven...
Welcome aboard.
I suspect @Datatek is referring to the many other hidden fault codes lurking in the background.
Hopefully most will be historic and the 35 current ones are easy to fix. :)
Don't take it to landrover for Christ's sake !!
Pixilated display is common repair kits on the bay as to the rest have a look in the range rover section.
Hi Datatek,
Thank you for the kind welcome, yes it was very much an impulse buy with a view to it being a project as any 22 year old vehicle purchase is. I think the thought of it sitting there in London not being used for the last 6 months (no...
Good morning all,
So this is my first venture into the world of Range Rovers so please bear with me! I picked the 2002 Vogue (with a later facelift) up from London where its spent the last few years and drove it 160 miles north to Lincolnshire...
Hello, just stopped by to say hi to everyone here. I'm picking up my first RR next Sunday, it's currently living in London and I'm picking it up and driving home to Lincolnshire. It's a 2002 Vogue 4.4 V8 @ 114k with a facelift. I'm sure it will...
