Intercooler

Would some kind forumite please measure the dimensions of the TD5 intercooler for me.
I'm modding my 19J, thinking of fitting an intercooler to reduce the intake temps. Just not sure which cooler to use.

if you can get a radiator and intercooler from a 300tdi it fits straight in nd upgrade the intercooler shud bring it up 2 105bhp wit the fule pump and turbo turned up

thanks fer a quick reply.
Not had the 90 long, previous owner just fitted a new rad...
Otherwise i'd have done that.
So now thinking of fitting sep i/c in front of rad.
