Diesel rr322 large amount of black smoke on accelleration when it is warm,runs fine when cold,any ideas?:)

have tried abs repeatedly on wet ground and this works fine!

Car is 10 years old,no problems with general braking even on long run

Hopefully somebody can help,rr l322 when pulling away on ice and traction control comes in brakes come on and will not come off until i losen brake pipes on the master cylinder.Any ideas? Richard
