Hopefully somebody can help,rr l322 when pulling away on ice and traction control comes in brakes come on and will not come off until i losen brake pipes on the master cylinder.Any ideas? Richard
 
Diagnostics needed, sounds like either the ECU or the modulator assembly.
If you put a location you may be lucky and find someone near you with diagnostic kit, otherwise it's off to the dealer.

+1 on modulator....or if your brake pads are excessively worn, the caliper piston could be sticking....

Also if your pulling away and you are accelerating sufficently hard enough to spin up, modulate your right foot...use the command shift on the box and allow the car to creep forward under its own traction first without using the pedal...
 
How old is the car? If there's tonnes of water in the fluid it could be boiling from TC use, the rapid expansion can force the brakes on - especially if it's over filled or the air bleed hold in the cap is blocked.
 
first place i'd look would be sticking calipers if theyre 10 years old and never had new seals .....
