    Thanks, and for painting plastics I would prep with 500 grit as good enough to key surface but not leave harsh marks, then plastic prime, normal prime, wet sand with 800 then colour and clear of choice ( if plastic primer is coloured no need to prime again, I use transparent plastic primer so...

    soryy for delay, have moved premesis at work so all been on hold for now but here's update for lovers and haters alike lol customer also decided he wanted airbrushing on the bonnet so something else for the haters to rant about but hey it pays the bills!

    Hi all, I have been asked to upgrade a p38 to 2006 sport bumpers, lights and custom flared arches so thought I'd share some pics :) initial cutting work done to headlamp panels and brackets made for bumper but as you can see the lights and grill seem to sit further forward so think its bonnet...
