Yes indeed there is, but I could not budge it, neither could the RAC. In fact I ended up with two RAC vans and the chaps dismantled the brake on my drive, to find that the shoes had welded. The brake coating can disintegrate and then it slowly melts whilst driving. I got the warning screeches...

The emergency release did not work, neither did an electronic reset. Called the RAC out and they dismantled the brake to find the shoes locked on and melted, must have been closing whilst driving. The RAC were brilliant and by removing the shoes on one side made the vehicle drivable .
