If I pump the brake pedal and keep my foot with pressure on the brake it goes to the floor slowly

I have just changed all my discs and pads,bled all the brakes, but with the engine running the brake upon pressing slowly goes to the floor is this normal.or is there an underlying problem,there is no brake fluid leaking,so I am out of ideas can anyone help please?

Sorted took the caliper apart the seals had just come off,took the two pistons out cleaned all the housing,nightmare fitting the seals back on re-cleaned the discs.no warping at all the wheel turns fine,used a feeler gauge on the disc and spot on. Got a friend to check the wheels for the...

I have took the disc and pads off and the piston rubber on the caliper is split could this cause it

They are fitted chamfered edge facing down as disc rotates clockwise.if pads and discs are **** they are going back.i will go and strip everything out again to make sure nothing's on the pads or discs,thanks again

I think I will change all the caliper pistons at the end of the month though.and the rear discs.at the moment all wheels turn freely.

Stuck some new pads on the rear, naughty naughty they were only 1mm and cracked.seems to have sorted the juddering.taking for a further drive tomorrow.many thanks for your advice..
