hi guys how do i remove the wiper stalk, can this job be done with out removeing the steering wheel ,thanks

thanks for the fast response, would you use the same crush washer or fit a new one

i would like to change the oil seal on the ird pinion /flange to prop,there is a crush washer that has to be replaced,cant find settings to pre load the bearrings when torqueing everthing back together has anyone got the information for this job.
