    Further to the above, tested this morning, and yes, I can confirm there is fuel coming out at quite a rate when I remove the filter.

    Thanks for that. Driven like it was stolen down the road n back, up to temp and yeah, coolant hoses presurised. Pressure in expansion tank. Dunno if that's right or wrong. When running the small return pipe off the top of the rad has a steady flow back into the reservior.
