drop of threadlock on each t/c bolts..top bellhousing bolts are a bitch to nip up too:rolleyes:

The weak link in these pumps seem to be the bottom cover ive found...they seem to warp with age and have the job of holding the gears up in place with a resulting wear on the inside face:(...i think they should of been made with a hardend shim and made this item the parasitic replacable part...

As title...it has got worse over the last 6 months so after it hit the low teens i thought ide have a look. Took the bottom cover off the pump and dropped the guts finding scoring on the cover,also found 2 pump gaskets in place:eek:..then i moved on to the relief valve which i cleaned and...
