I'm thinking about leaving it, but I need one before winter kicks in and I miss all the fun, and my shed aka a **** is on it's last legs as I really don't care about it and I really don't want a freelander again
I've got about a grand or so,(depending on what I can sell shed for) I can strip and rebuild if I had the tools and space, welding havn't done in years since when I lived with my dads, and I need one on the road Monday to Friday for work
Yer it's small dr evil but there is enough parts out there to make it bigger, I'm running a 4.0 in line 6 at the moment in another shed of a 4x4, and it's killing me in fuel costs,

Hi I'm looking for some advice on buying a disco, I'm going to look at 98 2.0tdi hse LPG coverted? All I'm wondering is what are the normal things I should check on it and what warning signs are there to walk away from it? I know abit about cars but I don't know about discos

Lol it has been an eye opener to the 'pride' on this site, and yer I know it was a long shot and a big ask for a swop!!!! so I'm going to stick to plan A strip the jeep and sell on eBay
