Made a bed to go in the back of my 90!

just had a look, and its taper! i'm not sure whether it is leaking from where the new union screws into the rad. do i have to do this up very tight, i dont want to strip the plastic. can i use ptfe tape or thread sealer?

i will have to look, but if it is, i take it i should replace the o rings!

Um not sure, there werent any o rings when i took it off!
