    200TDi Clutch Problem

If your not having any issues with the rest of the gears it could well be a synchromesh issue with 1st and 2nd. Having just had the gearbox out of my 200 three times in the same month (don't ask), I would recomend that the job itself is fairly straight forward, but getting it back in can be a...

    Fed Up

Funny you should say that as I have fitted one just to stop dropping oil all over the drive:) The seal was fitted from the front in the normal manner, but I have since seen something which suggests I should have removed the bell housing, fitted the seal and then replaced the Bell housing over...

    Veg Oil

cheers guys, I was going to try to get a bit more technical with a length of soil pipe screwed to the garage wall and a screw on end cap with a section removed to take the recomended filter. This also gives me the option to easily change filters (Stockings) as required. Not to...

    Disco Clutch Problems

Don't panic, have solved it. infamous disapearing Disco clutch fluid and a decent bleed. Adjusted the front wheel bearings whilst I was at it and it even drives in a straight line now. Can't blame the steering anymore for my bad driving though.

Was supposed to be playing today, but instead I am underneath the beast looking at the clutch.
