It happened after the ....well.....the hgf :( and a couple of other things. Still love it when it works though ,I was beginning to think it was an immobiliser fault of something. Sorted now :)

I've had the exact same problem with my freelander for ages now and it was really getting to me. Thank god I read this forum. Cheers for the advice/diagnosis ,probably stopped me getting rid of my car! That's how much it was getting to me!
