Been offered a 300tdi for £850 with 208k on the clock with 12 months mot only advisory is corrosion on sill. It's had a new clutch also. What should I be looking for in terms of problems or questions I need to ask? Or should I avoid totally. Thanks once again.

Thanks. So you can't tell from a picture of just the exterior or age of the disco? Looking at a 97 P Disco and the current owner isn't sure.

Have searched the forum to no avail. What's the difference between both engines and how can you visually tell from the exterior? Also what are the pros and cons of each? Thanks

Thinking about going to view this 300Tdi Discovery and was wondering how bad these sills are and a rough cost in replacing them from a garage and doing it yourself. Or are they to far gone? Both sides are similar apparently. Also how does the boot look. Cheers for looking
