Stem seals would generally leak on deceleration, not acceleration up a hill. Where there is low pressure (vacuum in petrol engine) oil is drawn down the valve stem. Next time you hit the gas and start making heat, the oil burns off the back of the valve ( or gets sucked into the combustion...

Put it in for a test now. If it fails miserably then scrap the cow bag and start again. At least you'll have some spares if you buy another one the same. :D

Are you talking 2" body lift or 2" suspension lift ??
