Sounds like the ACE light to me, had the same thing happen last week, if the lights amber its drivable but get it looked at, if the lights red then the vehicle shouldn't be driven as the pump can seize and cause all sorts of problems.

I'll try my best to do that then, a step by step guide has got to be useful for anyone else who wants to give it a go, mind you it'll be full of bloodied knuckles and swearing!

My 2001 Disco has succombed to ACE pipe faliure. The pipe from the valve block to the rear acctuator has split at the rubber end part and on closer inspection all the pipes look very corroded and in bad order. I need to be able to use the vehicle for work this week and want to pose this...

Thought as much its the pipes running from the block on the drivers side to the actuator on the rear suspension, have removed the couplings but can't get the clamps undone that hold the pipes in place, probably going to have to do some butchery!!!
