Had this problem in a 95 300tdi Interior lights,clock and radio have a common fuse If memory serves it lives in one of the fuse boxes on the drivers side under the drop down flap. Cant for the life of me remember which one :D Im sure someone remembers:D

Fitted a Britpart one to my 300.It came with a brass plug already fitted and it didnt need the oil coolerer adapters from the old rad-it wras already fitted with the correct thread ones-seems fine to me

Got my de cat pipe from Paddocks+ complete system.I went for the one with the flexi on the down pipe as it was easier to fit:D I think Paddocks deliver free in the UK :D

Injectors can be really tight-I know :eek: Best way is to remove rocker cover and put a spanner on the injector (after removing spill pipes and pipes from pump) and twist from side to side until they are loose-worked for me :D

Hi Topgun I have this exact problem on injector nearest bulkhead.I changed the injector sealing washer but still get little bubbles from around the injector/clamp. I will watch your thread for any solutions :)
