Hi, did you get your pipes done by Pirtek only mine have just let go on a Disco 2 td5 ?

I did this on a Saab 95 pas pipe badly corroded. took the old one to Pirtek.co.uk and they made me a new one to the same pattern. £27.00 if I recall. My D2 pas pipes want doing, might try this again.

Just a quick follow up, took it to my local m o t place, when testing a 4 wd one roller turns forwards and the other roller turns backwards, providing both rollers turn at the same speed the propshafts dont move. (because of the diff) The only thing they couldnt test was the hand brake, because...

New owner, please excuse my ignorance but what happens with permanent 4 wheel drive when the mot man drops two wheels on the brake rollers and the other two wheels cant rotate? will it damage the transmission, or do I have to take it to a garage that deals with 4 x 4s:confused:
