Well guys, sorted my problem! mate plugged disco onto his new modus diagnostic computer and it can up with fault saying that No.5 injector faulty, changed for new one , put in new code for it and it fired up on first click of key just like it used to!!No more faults recorded! Happy again apart...

It's in at mates garage at moment, so i"ll tell him your suggestions before we go down the expensive injector route, will keep you posted!!
