go it sorted wooo hooo :D. fitted a new lift pump and fuel filter and sender unit, which made the car 10 times worse, soon as the filter was primed with fuel took it down the road ran mint untill 3rd gear then just could not get it to rev at all, limped back to my garage got it on the two poster...

it doesnt wonder at all think i will try and get another pump

would the steering box make the steering on my disco heavy if it was fooked? i have blead the system, you can turn the steering easy by hand when the front wheels are off the ground all the joints seem to be fine, cheacked the pump that looks ok to. any sugestions would be greate, just seem...

are the 200tdi pumps the same as the 300tdi ones? just i need a one for my 300 and can only get my hands on 200tdi pumps? thanks

jason had a look for that filter it seems like it has been taking off there is a bracket thing there but no filter. had a look at another disco and that one had one but not mine. think a might try a lift pump. will i be getting problems by not having that filter in? thanks

yeah did that to day the steering was realy light with both front wheels off the ground, also went from lock to lock easy by pushing the wheels. it is taking both hands on the steering wheel to move it. is it looking like it is the pump do you think? all the uj's look clean as well like. thanks

there is a little but nothing to worry about. the fuel filter looks like it has been changed not that long ago. it seems to be a little slugish low down, have not tryed it up any hills yet.

had a good look at the car the day took all the boost pipes off and checked them they all seem to be fine also checked the air intake pipe from the filter to the turbo that was fine as well. started the car with no pipes on turbo spinning free reveved it up a bit loads of pressure coming from...

the level is spot on i have blead it, it seemed to get a little better but still to heavy for having power steering, could it be the pump? the pump sounds fine no noise when turning the wheel tho. any sugestions? thanks

as stated my disco 300tdi on a m plate seems to be holding back at 3000 revs it seems to jurk the car a lot as well does any one know or has had this problem? thanks
