Sorry if you guys hate these topics but I would really like some input here, I've got a 1998 Discovery 3.9 V8 GS 5dr with LPG conversion. Full Land Rover SH, 140k. Wine Red (if that makes a diff) The condition is superb, underneath is like brand new and fully waxoiled. Cant fault the car...

Hi guys, Just picked up my Disco last night, its a 1998 3.9v8 5dr with LPG conversion. I filled the LPG up last night and once I had left the forecourt on petrol and then proceeded to switch to Gas. I managed to drive about 5 miles until the car just cut out and wouldnt restart, on gas or...

Someone told me that the 3.9s dont have the best heads on them?

Yeah, he lives just down the road! Its kind of a joint venture us getting into this, in the past ive been more into my Japanese cars for all out power, but i fancy a change of scene hence its disco time :D

Alright everyone! Currently on the lookout for a Discovery to have some weekend fun in! Goin down to an auction in Shropshire soon to see what I can come away with :D I'm after a 3dr disco at this stage, but ill probably come back with something completely different :D Will update you all...
