ok checked glow plugs and four faulty,took them all out and double checked them using a battery and at first 2 worked then 1 more died!i take it that with just 2 glow plugs working it wont start?

ok checked out the glow plugs tonight and they get a constant 10.5 v even after the dash light goes out,is this normal?

ok guys,turned on ign but couldnt hear fuel pump running so i bridged the relay to batt and pump was running. i took of fuel line into filter and it was running out (didnt measure as i done it before reading last but one post!)next i checked the fuse but no fuse in slot 39!there was one in slot...

if i connect a 12v supply to relay to check pump works,what is the best way to check flow?? do i remove fuel filter and stick a bucket under it or is there a better way?

i can def hear something running although at my age it could be anything !!and yes i have seen bubbles in the clear plastic pipe!
