i've read that some injection petrol engines have pressurised fuel systems. if the fault is'nt fuel related would'nt just disconecting the fuel pipe create another problem?:confused:

the low fuel light came on while my wife was using it. later on i was turning it round to put it on the drive, it coughed and spluttered then stopped. it hasnt started since. i've put 10 litres of petrol in but i think it must be something else.:confused:

can a similar thing happen with petrol landys. i.e. do they need bleeding if they run low/ out of fuel?

My V8i was low on fuel, I've not had it long and not used it much but its always started first time . I was turning it round to put on the drive when it started to splutter then stalled. I put a can of petrol in, 10 litres, but it wont start. Could it be an air-lock? If so how do I clear it? Any...
