    FREELANDER front seat lever

Hi Does anyone know how to remove the lever that puts the front seats forward on the 3 door model. Some prat has put my lever on before the putting the plastic surround on first. From what I can see there appears to be a small notch that clips it in. I don't want to break the whole thing in...

    Freelander Front Wiper Problem

Tried your theory tonight of turning the stalk slowly. You are right it does make them work. I tried this a few times then when I tried my wipers normally they worked like they should. I'm wondering if I can get away with the mot doing this beforehand. (runs out soon) Where is Lucas?

    Freelander Front Wiper Problem

I'll give all of this a go as all of this has occurred since we had the really cold weather. Before they worked fine. I can remember an odd time or two when the wipers took a while to get going (intermittent wouldn't work only faster speeds). After The car had warmed up all modes worked...

    Freelander Front Wiper Problem

Hi Yep when wipers are switched off they do park when doing quickwipe. It's just when I quickwipe then turn wipers on the stop dead straight away. Soon as I turn wipers back off again they park back to where they should be. I definitely want to explore all avenues before I start buying parts...

    Freelander Front Wiper Problem

Just another bit of info which may help. When i quickwipe then turn the stalk the wipers just stop dead wherever they are until i turn the stalk off. Not sure if this indicates anymore whether it is a motor or switch issue.

    Freelander Front Wiper Problem

This appears to be causing quite a healthy debate now. Sadly i haven't had a chance to check with my multi meter yet as someone mentioned on a earlier post. Will get this checked at the weekend. So just to get things straight, i am still going down the same road as before ? Check with...

    Freelander Front Wiper Problem

Glad to know i am not the only one then! I checked fuse 3 and it looks alright to me. Did you replace the motor yourself? not to tricky is it for a amatuer? i can't be doing with forking out for a garage to do it if it is a simple job.
