You could always throw a rock at it, call your insurers and get the screen replaced. It'll cost you your screen excess (normally about £75) and they should sort it for you!

I went from a Defender to a Discovery II ES '03 with air suspension. The only way to get it sorted is to hitch it, take it for a drive and then park it up on level ground and then drop or raise the hitch accordingly... I think my Disco tows better than my Defender and of course my back doesn't...

WD40 dissolves grease, GT85 does not. WD40 for displacing water but beware, it will (over time) dissolve grease, possibly where you don't want it to....
