Yeah, I thought so, particularly after seeing them with tires in the air and the rest still turning. Is it possible there's something stuck? ... or what else can it be? There's no noise in the transfer case and the thing runs very smooth.

Hmmm... I'm not too sure on whether my diff lock is working. I parked on my sloped driveway with a sheet of ice on it and when I "locked" the diff (light came on) I only spun one tire.... I thought all tires would spin or at least move the vehicle. Seems it has better traction without diff lock...
