    Cooling system pressure when cold

    I have noticed that when my 1998 2.5 DSE is cold the cooling system is still pressurised, is this correct, I thought it would only have pressure when hot?

    Just finished it, total cost £45, no taking the tank out. Looks very smart, and in theory this pump should last a very very long time, compared to the OEM unit:D

    How is the front CV lubricated ????

    Thanks for the info Irishrover, is there any way to re grease it, ie leaver it, pull it, inject it, or generaly try to get it into the rubber boot. Or will it damadge the boot to much, to try and get grease in there ???

    I am using the latest software you showed the link too. The weird thing is that if you link the relivant pins in the OBD plug, the data that goes out, comes back perfectly. Also does anyone know the OEM st0ck reading range for each height?
