I was quoted £265 from Lancaster on a 1995 300tdi Disco. I've only 1 yrs NCB. Not garaged, fully comp. £100 cheaper than my '93 Astra Estate.

Hi, Looking at buying a secondhand Discovery. I've only ever driven manual cars but the discovery autos look to be going cheaper than the manual. Is this because they breakdown more or just because they're not as much fun to drive?

I did a quick check on confused.com and the reg. gave the correct vehicle and a quote with no trouble. I'll ask the seller if it's an import. It's on ebay and nobody seems to be bidding on it. Maybe there is a reason for that.

Does that mean it's got a usual TDi engine? Just different trim, seats etc.

And they took the handle off the dash too. Do people do that? So the leather seats could also have been added after then.

Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows what model this is. I've been looking to buy a disco for a while and have spotted this one. All the seller knows is that its a 300tdi but I've not seen a dash like that before? It's an L reg. Any ideas?
