Lt230 transfer box. On the bench input and output flanges If you rock the front one way and the back the other way how much play is acceptable.just renewed the centre diff !

From automatic to Manuel. Does anyone know which model gearbox I should use for this conversion.i know it's a r380. And with having 31inch tyres on should I change the ratio in the t/box.

No gearbox on been renewing rear crank seal. Would it be ok to start and let tick over to check seal ok.dont fancy it leaking.

Swapping automatic box for r380 box.would my transfer box be ok to use or would I need another. If so what t- box would I need what ratio. What has other people used. Cheers.

No not that it won't slide on till that point the pin and bolt holes line up.it sits on the very end of crank can't get it any further.

Automatic box changed to Manuel r380 box. Do I need to change gearbox cross member or not.!

Has anyone had problems with putting new fly wheel on. Removed automatic box for Manuel. The tolerance on the crank and center of fly wheel are really close.

Think I know now.on the automatic's when you take out the box there is a section in-between bolted to the back of the block.dont think it's any good when putting Manuel box in .

I am meaning between the engine and the bell housing. I am replacing with a r380 Manuel.

Changing auto box to Manuel.there is a flat casing on the back of the block that join's the box. Does anyone know if I need to replace it or leave it.because if I have to replace the bell housing surely I would need to replace it.
