Hi Woods767 If im not mistaken your supposed to fill with gearoil, i use a mix of oil and grease, oil in by can obviously, and to get the grease in!!! Drill a hole through the centre of filler hole bung, Thread it and screw in a grease nipple, eeeeeeasy, Hope this helps.:eek:

HI AGAIN, Meant to say, place the window on the panel where you want it, also mask the panel so your jigsaw doesnt scratch the paint, ps, it can be done with side panel in situ. Tony.

HI THERE, Done this job myself, windows came with a cardboard template, which you place on the panel where you want it, draw round, drill a hole within the outline big enough for your jigsaw blade, {metal cutting} and away ya go. File the edges, place the frame in with sealant and drill holes...

Hi Robbie, Sounds to me like you,v done all the easy, on the engine. Have you looked at your propshaft joints? they will surely wear with v8 powering through em, i know its a long shot but look anyway.

Hi again, Forgot to say, my motor came out of a rite off 90, disco motors you have a little more fiddling as turbo is on exhaust as apposed to being ontop of motor as in 90 lump, cheers.:eek:

Hi There, Definately go for the 200tdi swap, my n/a used to run away when it saw a hill, done the swap myself and never looked back, loads of power, close to 3.5 v8 if not the same, had both so can make comparrison. The 200 will go streight in no mods needed, you dont even need to take the floor...
