    Can anyone advise if the Crankshaft caps on the 2.7 TDV6 are matched to the block? I have found a cheap block but it doesnt have the crank caps - I have the crank caps of my engine but not sure if they are matched to the block like to con rods and con rod caps - thanks in adance.

    The Engine was cold - and yes my coolant system was pressurising to the point where the Expansion tank cap was popping every 15 seconds or so to vent the steam/smoke
