i had a similar problem. it was the splines........both frozen once sorted no problems

normally 28/29 in my 90 300tdi with bfg at's but when i had to tow an L200 over the north downs and a few other hills i got 24 - still pretty good imo!

i had a similar noise it was the stone guard rubbing on the front n/s disc, think i knocked it off roading. i just bent it back a bit and no more problems. hope your noise is as simple cheers bm52

how do any preferences on swing away wheel carriers - the ones that open with the door? my current reseach suggests that paddock is favourite! thanks bm52

almost agree.....i have BFG ATs on 235 85's and ran with 28, 30 and 32 on the front and found 28th best 'feel' etc and 35 on the rear. matter of opnion tho!

check for a sticking piston in the caliper and re-bleed check no oil on pads check bushes and suspension i had a similar problem - it was either a loose panhard ballljoint or very worn rear pads. sorted balljoint and new rear pads - problem gone regards bm52

agree with trial and error on my 90 i ran with 28 on the front and 35 on the rear. i then ran with 30 on the front for a week and then back to 28 for the last few days imho it feel more secure at 28, the steering is lighter at 30 but if you have to do a bit of heavy breaking without ABS i...

hoses are cracking and the elbow by the turbo swells up on boost. got some nice shiney new blue hoses for the IC and standard rad hoses think i'll leave the IC on top of the boiler over night once i've flused it - nice and warm to dry it out cheers

just bought new rad and IC hoses my self.. out of interest how dirty was the inside of your IC ?? cheers bm52

i use 235s so i don't have to adjust the steering stops. run them at 28psi on the front and 35 on the rear - a good balanced tyre in my opinion.

Hi any one any experience with these tyres? they are for a mix of on road [80%] and off road [nothing too serious, mainly the odd green lane and on work sites] for an L200 Mitsi we are talking budget tyres here as opposed to premium until my sons budget improves. he wants them to last approx...
