What you could do to see if it is coming in from the window seal is to tape over the seal and window. Leave it see if any water coming in.

Sounds like the same leak as mine. Door seals didn't make a difference so now I was thinking it might be the window seal or the front doors seem lower than the rear doors. I don't think the window seals are to expensive I did check but would say try one first to see if it fixes the problem.

Heat output is good on my 300tdi 110 problem is the time to get up to temp and the amount of space to heat.
