I didn’t realise that there is so many different places that do Land Rover series chassis swap. I thought I would be struggling to find somewhere to get my truck done. All I got to do is find someone near me as the truck is all in bits.

Appreciate you letting me know what company’s there is out there. I tried the Google search but was getting nothing just chassis companies but also I didn’t know they also offer a fitting service. I just want the truck on the road this year hopefully.

I have started I have removed front wings, front panel and radiator, bonnet, seat box, rear cab and roof, truck bed and sides. Not got chassis yet but I have looked into Maer about getting one from them.

Need to get a new galvanised chassis very soon. My question is I purchased some Lanoguard before I realised I needed a new chassis, now I need chassis do I use the Lanoguard on inside and outside and paint the chassis black?

You done a very nice job that looks so neat underneath the floor. The 3 cross members are they bolted onto the chassis or onto the edge of the tub? I haven’t got any problems with the lip around my tub. What are the U slots for? Where them U slots are I have got the 2 triangle shaped seat belts...

I’m not sure if the floor is original as I have taken all 3 top hats off and they have all been riveted on, I thought that was the way to go. I haven’t got the knowledge to weld them.

Been checking over the front chassis and it has had quite a lot of welding mainly at the very front both sides of where the leaf springs attach to. So I have taken on board what you have been saying to me about a Maer chassis! Is the Maer the only one to go for for the 2k?
