Sorry I should have said , Im having an similar issue, I have posted. 2004 LD3 tdv6 battery showing 12.2 and with alt 14.5.. If I change the battery for a new one then the alternator duff can I replace the brushes on the Alt to remedy the issue, if all else is ok.
