    Wow, thanks for that. Unfortunately don't know what a fault code looks like. After it happened it went to garage for a diagnostic and as they registered a missed fuel flow the pump was changed, hence why think its electric.

    Interesting, do you think by opening and closing with the key, this would reset it in some way?

    The local LR garage has suggested checking to see if immobiliser led switches off or not, when this happens.

    Hi Forum members, I'm a happy Freelander 1 owner in Modena, Italy. Bought it second hand in February this year. Its the sport version of which I am rather proud. Got enthusiastic about LR after doing some of the trips with Land Rover club here in Italy thanks to a friends Freelander 2.
