hi just a quick update,just piped the boost gauge in and took it for a blast, boosting at 1.8 bar.gets to it very quick thanks.day 2 after messing around with mapping now got it at 214hp don't think we will get any more now without engine mods, max boost 2.0 bar took it down the motorway around...

hello again just a quick update about my tuned disco td5.i will be adding a maff bypass this week as the td5 has been running with maff unplugged for the last 200 miles with out noprobs at all.it has heavy mods.running a 3inch ss maf bypass with breather straight into a hks mushroom filter also...

well guys the td5 is running perfect spools up very nice all through the rev range,still on the old map as yet.will get it remapped to suit the turbo and go from there.then tweak it,will let ya no how it goes on cheers.stephen.

hi yes,the return just needed an inch welding on it,i had the top feed made,now looking at the induction side ss pipe work into a hks filter that's sit under the front grill will pop pics wen done thanks.stephen.

hello pal,gave £120 for the turbo.just sorted the problem made a new bracket that fits underneath the turbo,on with the oil pipes now will put pics in my album thanks for your reply.:clap2:

hello there,i am in the middle of upgrading my td5 turbocharger to a garrett gt2256v vnt.has anyone done it just struggling with the actuator positioning any help or pics wood be very helpful thanks steve.:confused:

hi mosey well so far remapped to 178hp with stock cooler/turbo.just replaced the cooler with a hgv Volvo fl12 intercooler exhaust manifold de webbed and had a adapter plate made for the manifold to mate with the garrett gt2256v vvt taken from the bmw 330d.then having the oil feed and repipes...
