Ok for update we have taken then gearbox cover of and the layshaft bearing fell out as broken and also some wear on the main bearing, therefore we are replacing both as a precaution and also several gaskets and seals whilst it is in pieces. Also repairing handbrake as cakes in grease etc. Thanks...

Hi all, I have removed the Water Pump as part of an overhaul of the cooling system, very dirty and radiator burst, so ideal time, but when removing the Water Pump an number of the Studs came out as rusted to the nuts, I have found replacement studs (pt no. 514527), but can't find what the nuts...

Hi, I have developed a fuel leak on the brass inlet pipe, that the fuel line joins, it appears to be the brass pipe as this is moving and if pushed in the leak stops. I am probably missing something when searching, but is this a serviceable part as it does appear to be part of the refurb kits...

Thanks, does that mean that I need to block off as at the moment it is just taking in air, doesn't seem to effect the running though, but is obviously not going through the filter
